Documents required to apply for eTA

A valid Canadian passport is necessary for flying into, transiting through, or boarding a plane to Canada. In most cases, you will need to present a valid Canadian passport in addition to a PRTD. However, if your PRTD has expired, it does not automatically mean that you have lost your PR status. You will need to apply for a new PR card to travel to Canada. If you are traveling to Canada for a long period of time, you may want to plan ahead and check the processing time before attempting to apply for an eTA.

Maximum length of stay in Canada

Rules on exporting religious objects and antiquities

Several factors determine the procedure for exporting religious objects and antiquities. These items must be declared as a valuable cultural property, and the owner must be licensed to export them. Moreover, the rules stipulate that the exporter must have the necessary documentation for the transaction. A Bill of Entry is issued based on the terms and conditions of the purchase and shipping agreement. The importer must submit a copy of the purchase invoice and sometimes a remittance copy of the payment. The exporter should also be ready to produce a NOC issued by the Archaeological Survey of India.
